The Boston hospitality industry has long been recognized as one that is filled with talented chefs, successful restaurants and many other laudable factors. Recently, the book titled "Best Chefs America" decided to highlight three Boston-area chefs in its pages, showcasing their skills and dedication to their craft.According to The Boston Globe, the book features cooking pros from around the country, and to find the best in the industry, the authors asked chefs to nominate others they thought deserved accolades. At the end, three Boston chefs were chosen to be in the book, and they are Jurg Krummer of Barker Tavern, Paul Wahlberg of Alma Nove and Robin King of Oro. Wahlberg spoke with the source, and said he is very honored for his work being recognized in "Best Chefs America."

"It's very humbling to me. I'm just happy making food," Wahlberg noted. "That's the way I look at it and approach it. Somebody out there who has eaten at the restaurant, they seem to like what I do. It's absolutely rewarding, that people appreciate what you do."
